How to Delete Your Account

Delete your account from the Langpa mobile app. Follow the steps below to remove your account and learning data.
Important Notice Regarding In-App Subscriptions
Deleting your Langpa account permanently erases your study history and cloud backup, but does not automatically cancel active auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple or Google Play. Store platforms require you to cancel your subscription directly in device settings to prevent future renewals:

Delete Inside the Mobile App
Account deletion is permanent. Sign in to the account you want to delete, then follow these steps:
- 1Open Langpa on your iOS or Android device and sign in to your account.
- 2Tap the You tab in the bottom navigation bar to open your account settings.
- 3Scroll to Delete my account.
- 4Review the subscription warning, type DELETE, then confirm and sign in again with your account provider or password.
Removes account data after successful verification.
